I am interested in learning more about NARO-CA’s plan to challenge unfair and unconstitutional statutes recently adopted by the State of California which impair the rights of California mineral owners and royalty owners and may constitute taking of those rights without compensation in violation of both the California Constitution as well as the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
